Orders that only contain flat paper goods...
...such as sticker sheets, postcard or bookmarks, are mailed to you using regular envelopes. That means that there is no tracking option available - if you need tracking, we can ship your order using a different method to add this option. Just contact us beforehand!

Orders that contain Washi Tapes and/or Notepads...
...are shipped to you using rigid mailers or small packages that both should fit in your mailbox. If you live outside of Europe, you'll have the chance to choose a tracking option for your order.
