Shipping policy

These are my Covid-related shipping times – shipping is absolutely unpredictable at the moment, so please be patient!
I can’t offer any priority or express shipping options right now.

Processing time: 3-5 business days

Orders that only contain flat paper goods, such as sticker sheets, postcards, or bookmarks are mailed to you using regular envelopes. Unfortunately, there is no tracking option available for this type of shipping method - if you need tracking, we can ship your order using a different method to add this option. Just contact us beforehand!

Orders that contain Washi Tapes and/or Notepads are shipped to you using rigid mailers or small packages that both should fit in your mailbox. If you live outside of Europe, you'll have the chance to choose a tracking option for your order.

You can contact me here if your order didn't arrive. Please wait one or two business days longer than the estimated delivery time - most orders will arrive safely, even if there is a slight delay involved :)

I am not responsible for incorrect address information.
If the order cannot be delivered because of wrong address data, the buyer is at fault and not entitled to receive a replacement or a refund.

Please note that it is not in my power how the shipping service handles your order. If your order arrives in a bad condition, please message me and we will find a solution for sure.
