Orders that only contain flat paper goods...
...such as sticker sheets, postcard or bookmarks, are mailed to you using regular envelopes. That means that there is no tracking option available - if you need tracking, we can ship your order using a different method to add this option. Just contact us beforehand!

I will add tracking for free if your order value is 30€ or higher.

Orders that contain Washi Tapes and/or Notepads...
...are shipped to you using rigid mailers or small packages that both should fit in your mailbox. If you live outside of Europe, you'll have the chance to choose a tracking option for your order.

I will add tracking for free if your order value is 30€ or higher.

Another EU-Regulation:

Legal Guarantee

It seems like the EU really was bored during the past months!
2026 was FULL of stupid new regulations – the newest one: this ugly label that all e-commerce shops now have to add to every single product page 🙌 As if this wasn't already part of every shop's terms & conditions.

The one regulation they haven't implemented yet? Me not being allowed to make fun of them publicly. 😉
