What countries do you ship to?
We can ship worldwide! If you need specific information about your country, feel free to contact us.

  
How long is your processing time?

My wonderful mom tries her best to prepare and ship all orders in a timely manner. Since there is only one person who is responsible for handling, packing + shipping, please give her at least 3-5 days to process your order. If there is a Sale going on or you’re ordering in a special time of the year (e.g. pre-christmas time), we might need up to 7 days to fulfill your order due to high volumes of customers.


When can I expect my order?

I made a shipping overview that shows you the (very) rough estimated delivery times. These shipping times may seem very long, but 90% of our orders arrive well before the estimated date. In rare cases and with delivery issues involved, the stated times may still occur.

Do you offer whole sale prices?

How often do you do shop updates?
Once upon a time... I used to upload new sticker designs every month. 😉
But since I started taking on other projects that have been (and still are) keeping me busy, I switched to a shop update every two to three months. You may want to follow me on Instagram or sign up for my newsletter at the bottom of this page (which I usually send once a month) to get notified about upcoming shop updates!
  
What device do you use to make your art?
I use my iPad Pro to illustrate all of our products. The program I use is Procreate and I use a brush set from a fellow creator Olguioo for my illustrations.
I don't use AI in any part of my creative process.

Can you add a custom message to my order?
Absolutely - you can use the "order notes" section in your cart to tell us what message we should add to your order! 
By the way, we will never put any information about the order amount into your envelope/parcel in case you want to send it directly to a loved one. 
   

PRODUCT RELATED QUESTIONS
   

Where do you get your products produced?
We print and produce all stickers ourselves using a Canon Pixma Pro 100s printer and Graphtec cutting machines.
Our notepads and bookmarks are produced by the German company Flyeralarm - all papers are FSC certified and recyclable.
Our Washi Tapes are produced in Asia.
Are your stickers waterproof?
No, my stickers are not waterproof. I make stickers for journaling and crafting, so they are best used in paper projects and journals of all sorts!
  
Do you do custom orders & designs?
Yes! I can design and/or produce custom sticker designs for you.

Hi!
My name is Anna, I'm from Germany, and the founder of moehrenkunst.

I've loved drawing for as long as I can remember, and turning that passion into my own little business is still something I don't take for granted. I love creating cozy, colorful illustrations inspired by everyday life and all the little things that make people smile.

This brand has been around since 2018, when I opened my Etsy shop on the very last day of the year.
But "moehrenkunst" existed long before that - it was the name of my very first Instagram art account that I had for over 6 years at that time. So it just felt right to keep it!
Only a few months after opening my shop, I decided to make this my full-time job and launch my own online shop.
Seven years later, I'm still here - and still going strong!

My art and this shop have truly become my pride and joy, and every little order or act of support mean the world to me!
